Electrolux (NZ) Limited will at all times comply with its obligations pursuant to law including the Consumer Guarantees Act, the Sale of Goods Act and the Fair-Trading Act. Where appliances are purchased for commercial purposes the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.

The benefits under Electrolux’s warranty are in addition to other rights you have at law.
